What are the possible side effects of mesotherapy?

No side effects are reported as the treatment is well tolerated. What you will expect is mild skin irritation, redness and possibly slight swelling. They usually go away within the first 12-48 hours.

At what age is it recommended to do mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is not an invasive treatment. The "cocktail" of nutrients and vitamins that your doctor will choose will be the right one for your own skin and the specific imperfections you want to correct.

For example, younger women and men choose mesotherapy for radiance and hydration while older or older women choose mesotherapy for firming and resurfacing.

This depends on woman to woman or man to man. This is an answer that your doctor will give you by evaluating your own case.

Are there cases where mesotherapy is contraindicated?

Yes. The skin where the application will be made should be healthy, i.e. no inflammation or herpes.

It is also avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in people with a history of severe allergic reactions, in people with autoimmune diseases and when there are blood clotting disorders or anticoagulants are taken.

What are straightening threads?

It is the evolution of a medical procedure, which started for the relief of back pain and today is also used for aesthetic reasons.

The threads are of various sizes and types, and by inserting them into the selected points, a mesh is created that straightens the tissues of the face and body and gives them their youthful shape again.

In addition, with the introduction of the thread, in addition to the lifting, the body is stimulated to produce new and more collagen in these places. Thus, as the thread material is gradually absorbed, new collagen is produced in its place.

In which areas is their use recommended?

Threads are most often used on the face to restore shape and lift tissues. The result is like a mini, bloodless lifting.

They are also used on the body, to lift and tighten areas that show sagging over time such as the buttocks, chest, abdomen and arms.

How is the process done? It hurts;

The procedure is performed using local anesthetic ointment and is not considered painful. Installation takes 30 – 45 minutes depending on the area.

When can I return to my activities?

From the same day. After placement, there may be mild irritation and/or swelling at the insertion sites. Both can be covered with makeup and subside within the next 24-48 hours.

How long does the effect last?

Its duration is 1 year & more. In addition, the insertion of the threads stimulates the natural production of collagen and elastin in the skin, resulting in your skin looking firmer, smoother and younger for even longer.

When will I see results?

A 20%-30% difference is immediately visible, but as long as the body promotes collagen, the result improves continuously.

How safe is it? What are the possible side effects of threading?

The treatment uses 100% bioabsorbable PDO threads, made of hypoallergenic material, which are used for absorbable sutures, so it is a tested and safe material.

At what age is it recommended to use straightening threads?

This has to do with the quality and elasticity of the skin of every woman or man.

Also, many women after pregnancy or after losing a lot of kilos find that the use of threads completes their effort in the best way.

Are there cases where their use is contraindicated?

Yes. In principle, the skin where the application will be made should be healthy, i.e. there should be no inflammation or herpes. It is also avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in people with a history of severe allergic reactions, in people with autoimmune diseases and when there are blood clotting disorders or anticoagulants are taken.
